Guitar Lessons
With over 30 years of teaching and performing experience across the UK and New Zealand,
I bring a wealth of real-world musicianship into every lesson.
I achieved a Diploma in Guitar Performance from the Guitar Institute London, where I excelled in Rock, Blues, and Live Performance.
Teaching Philosophy
My approach is built around mindful, immersive practice techniques — a slow, deliberate method that gets real results by helping students truly absorb what they're learning, rather than rushing through it.
Every lesson plan, for both acoustic and electric guitar, is tailored to the individual student, whether they're a teenager or an adult, and whether they're just starting out or working at an advanced level.
Experience
Jed has taught hundreds of students, both face-to-face and online, from all corners of the world — consistently delivering strong, lasting results. His lessons are shaped as much by his personality as by his technique: humour and genuine enthusiasm are woven into every session, making the learning process as enjoyable as it is effective.
